Back to the large Bone Collector. I really am growing on this knife, as the D2 just slices and dices whatever gets in it's way. Also have the Case Humpback Whittler as always.

Here's my lineup today. This has been my go-to group lately. :)

OK, one more cleaver EDC. This one is a Foster Bros 8TI which means an 8" blade and over 1/4" thick. Weighs in at about 3lbs and can accomodate a two handed grip. My Villiage Blacksmith 8" cleaver is going through some restoration work with a new Edge Pro edge set at 21 degrees per side. Sanded down the handle and applied Tung oil. This Foster Bros will be next up for some work.
Size is compared to my Spyderco Military which is not a small folder :)

With the light saber, do you really need the knife?

Maybe we could keep this nonsense at W&C please? It's getting old.

I mean, this is an exclusive post! Pushing 1700 posts.... I'm sure so many actually read these at this point, so I just though I would contribute.

BTW, I really carry this stuff. I challenge you to disprove!

Oh, I see.

Same knife I've been carrying for the last few years. My Titanium Ti-Lite by Cold Steel. Wish I didn't put scratches on it by trying to sharpen it :(. I should have started on something cheaper but I don't have too many folders. My other knives are Carbon V SRK, Carbon V Trailmaster (coming next week) and KABAR Kukri. Anyways, the edge is sharp (not razor sharp though cause I suck) now. Now I need to find out how to remove these scratches.

Today I'm carrying this special pre-production Spyderco which was handcrafted by Sal himself. The scales are hand-made from heat tiles donated by NASA from the space shuttle Discovery. The blade is forged from a special cobalt and depleted uranium alloy mined from the depths of the Mariana Trench in the western Pacific ocean. The Mariana Trench is the deepest part of the world's oceans, and the lowest elevation of the surface of the Earth's crust, which produces a steel that holds an edge of 0.00002 nano microns, and never needs sharpening even after the most rigorous use and abuse. In tests, it was able to delaminate a human hair into 16,000 layers after being used to dig through 19 feet of hardened concrete. The clip is made from antenna wire harvested from the sunken Titanic, and the pivot was hand turned from the bullet which killed President Lincoln. Sal wants to call it the Powernoodle. I am well pleased with this prototype which Sal was kind enough to give me. Thanks Sal, and for your kind words praising my extraordinary design and engineering skills!
