What is it and are they available anywhere in the US? I like it
Handsome (or cute?) dog, what breed is she?
It's a CKF Ratata, and they don't make them any more (CKF does limited runs of all their knives, I think). They still have one for sale on their from russia with knives site. They pop up here on the exchange sometimes, there was one there a day or two ago, I don't know if it still is.
I sort of love it. I was turned off by the tiny flipper tab at first, but for a 3.66" bladed knife it carries so small, because it's thin and it only weighs 4.2 oz. The blade is tall shaped, but thin and it slices very, very well. It runs on bearings and is very smooth. IMO, great knife if the tiny flipper tab doesn't drive you nuts.
I don't have any photos of it closed handy, so I just snapped a couple (low light cell phone shots, excuse the low-quality please):

I love my enduras... Glad I'm not alone.Endura today...
I thought the small almost hidden flipper tab was a brilliant suprise and works great. I wish other knife makers would take note on how well it is designed and follow the trend on smaller flipper tabs.
And the action is smoother than a few of the customs I own. I am a fan of Custom Knife Factory now.
Thanks! This knife has some great reviews. I just ordered one!
