Yes it is...probably one of the best put together blades at that price point imo.

Not close at least the one I have in pocket right now; gotta check the other one when I get home. But I wouldn't call the one I carry atm represantative because it had a bound up pivot from the factory that I fixed myself

Well, I'm five days out of hip replacement surgery and 3 days home. I've posted a bit here and there, but haven't really carried anything since I went in. One that's been with me a lot since I got back is the HalfTrack I picked up off the Exchange that was waiting for me when I got home. I ordered the copper hardware kit from Whitty and a fun little project to do in my post-op, drug-addled state.

It'll be a few more days before I can get outside into the good light for some fresh air and better pics, but I'm starting to move around pretty good in here now, cutting back on the meds, and should be able to attack my re-hab hard pretty soon.

For sure. Someone said that it's like getting a mid-tech for the price of a production knife. I bought one for myself and another for my son who's been such a great help to his old man through his physical trials.

Just got this beauty today!
Michael Zieba/Jason Knight S5 Smoke Finish.
Inspected and tied on the lanyard is just about all I did with it though.
I think I've just bought a safe queen though.
I don't ordinarily spend this much on a knife so just a bit nervous I guess??
That and as soon as I bought it I was poking around looking at Jason Knight Kukris and found the folder he collaborated on with Doug Marcaida and I bought that one as well.
My point here is that the design and size of the two are similar enough that I'll most likely carry the Marcaida/Knight MK Ultra.(ergo my posting in the carry thread)
Both are awesome and the Zeiba is just exceptional in every way with the grinds and finish. I can't find a flaw in the design.
Just too pretty.
I'll get better pictures eventually, just excited with the new toy.
