Back in the day when SOG was a respected name and their knives were not only deadly but sexy to boot. They made some beautiful knives back in the 80s. In fact today I threw my SOG Stingray in a horizontal sheath.

Hi, I have this same knife in similar condition but the scales are breaking down. Would you have an idea of the value or trade potential?

Do a search for completed auctions on eBay and that'll let you know at least what they're sellin' for on eBay now if you want a direct answer you'll have to pony up for a gold membership or higher to be aable to ask that question. I will say this, you won't get rich sellin' it but it is a worthy knife to carry.
