EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

NYE carry, might switch to the Guardian Tactical OTF later

I decided to sneak in one more knife for 2019, so I put my Christmas money towards something that would bring my joy -- not worrying too much about overlap with my collection, not trying to talk myself out of it beforehand, just joy. I wound up going with a true "enthusiast knife," one of the poster children for "knives you don't just hand people," the Cold Steel AD-15. :D

This knife is incredible! It reminds me a bit of a slimmed-down Adamas (a very good thing), and the Scorpion Lock is such a unique mechanism -- and fun to fiddle with. (Not sure why it gets listed as having a 3.5" blade, as it's a 3.75" blade and even the cutting edge is a hair over 3.5", but I knew that going in.) It's a great way to close out what's been a really excellent knife year.

Happy new year, BF! :)

I love all the colours on the table.

Made me want to take my own colourful pic with today's carry.

This was a staged photo - To which my wife promptly called me crazy and reminded me to put my knives away when done.

PS - Dibs on the Blade Forum knife when your ready to sell :)

Carrying the Seax in front, every day.
Posing with my new years resolution....selling every knife on the table. Seriously.

Lightweight around the house carry for me today, in lighthearted colors for the festive day. As per my usual, I'll be ringing the new year in at home with the kids. I discovered years ago that this is more fun than going out, and I only have a few more years (they're now 17, 14, & 14) to cherish.

Very nice! I love a good yoyo and I'm still genuinely upset at @Sal Glesser for not putting more translucent FRCP into the lineup.

My time to buy a new calendar for the fridge day carry:

The colors in that photo are crazy looking, but not really edited. I've turned up the saturation and contrast a touch, but evenly over the whole photo. It's just a strange old stump on a lakeshore that's weathered unevenly.

Today it's an XL Cold Steel Voyager, clip point. Used it to slash up a buncha leftover Christmas cardboard and prep some suppertime vittles.
Do you mind to remind what were the colors, looks i forgot, if ever knew at all.
