EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Sometimes you have to move a few toys to make room for another and with this one X marks the spot :D

A friend of mine bought a 19X a couple years ago when they first came out. He took it to the range one time, absolutely hated it & couldn't get rid of it fast enough. Being the good friend that I am, I took it off his hands for $50 less than my Blue Label price & I've been carrying it almost every day since.

I bought Glock’s for about 20years at blue label prices including the extra mag was a nice bonus , Actually got pretty spoiled.
The only way your friend could of hated the 19x imo would be if he just doesn’t like Glock’s.
It has a g17 frame for more capacity/rounds and a better feel in hand and G19 slide . Its a gen 4 and gen 5 with the best of both. There all a little different but the one I have has the best trigger of any glock I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned many from 10mm to 40 and 45acp. It has such a nice pull firm and smooth then you hit the wall and snap! Absolutely love it and the reset is sweet with a nice audible click and feel.
Looking forward to my first trip to the range  I have no doubt it’ll shoot like a dream very similar to every glock I’ve owned.
Nice score with yours !

Sigs are his favourite, but since Glocks were our duty guns, he thought he ought to own at least one Glock, so decided to buy the most recent model. 1911s have always been a favourite of mine, but it's hard to argue with the practicality of a Glock.
Aaaand we're off topic, so here's a knife related pic:

Today I am going to see my doctor, no need to scare the pudding out of him! I will be carrying a Cold Steel 2.25 inch 'tuff lite' with a perfect factory edge--first time I've ever seen that!

The original pictures showed this knife with a red handle, so I bought mine with one, too. Don't let the little size fool you, it comes with a very sturdy blade blank and the handle is held together with four rivets. I cannot put the knife down!

Beautiful gun! You can’t beat a single action trigger

Thanks. It's a safe queen 2002 build Wilson CQB that a guy ordered, shot one box of ammo through it, then put it in the safe & never fired it again. I liberated it about 8 years ago for a ridiculously low price. I replaced the original walnut grips with the G10s & took off the burned out night sights and put on Wilson battle sight rear & a gold bead front sight.

Today's carry. Woody Wednesday and I just couldn't leave the box elder 21 at home. Got a full day migrating a domain today so it will probably stay warm in the pocket. But just in case I have the Hogue to handle the heavy work. And if I just need to open a letter the Mnandi will do the trick. So I guess the 21 is like a ear ring for the left pocket. Hanging there just to make me feel different. And it does just that. Hope everyone feels different today as well. Happy hump day all.
