Your story reminded me of being charged by a coastal brown when I worked at a bear watching lodge on the Katmai peninsula. He turned at the last second which worked out a lot better for me than if he hadn't!

The Camillus belonged to my late father-in-law and the Spyderco was a gift from my stepdaughter.

That is something you will treasure for the rest of your life, and hopefully pass on to your family members when it’s time. Just looking at them will bring back countless memories for you to enjoy and relive over and over. Thanks for sharing with us.
