Today’s edc was a slightly pimped out Ontario Rat 1

Decided on this one again today. I don't think I'll lose it clearing out an old brush pile and fence.

Out of blind luck, I was able to get the Manix sprint. Decided to take it with me along with the 21 to change a set of tub/shower faucets today.

Looks like it was a muddy tub job. Nice carry. I'm not a huge fan of the color orange, but that manix looks spiffy.

It was, the yard was a swamp, had to get the water shut off. The meter box was full of water and creepy crawlies. Luckily I had another pair of clean shoes for the inside work.

I never use to be fond of the orange either but after a Hogue Ritter and a couple of orange spydies I dig it now
I do prefer the burnt orange the best though.

Thank you. You know my love of traditional knives but I've liked and carried more modern knives dating back to my first Spydie Clipit that I either ordered through SMKW or AG Russell, so long ago it's hard to remember. All cutting tools pique my interest but this one is light and just an overall nice knife

Glady, Scales (Flytanium) was from BladeHQ along with the Fob (TEC Accessories). Backspacer was from a creator on Etsy (KnifeCustomGarage) and the lanyard well it’s DIY.

I know my Friend but it’s so nice to see you enjoying another side of the adventure
The Bugout is also a great summer knife for carrying with shorts or sweat pants. Really wearing any light clothing even a clipped top pocket carry you still won’t feel it tugging on your pocket or shirt. There just a joy to carry and cut well along with feeling great in hand.
And there a nice looking knife so you made a great choice my friend !

Only two high dollar knives I have are both Hawk autos, and I dont normally carry them, but today I couldnt help but bring my new double edged one to work today, courtesy of a member here. The Vox and $18 Wally Mart S+W are normal EDCs

Pretty excited just pulled this one out of box.
I’ve had two Emerson Tigers over the years and sold them both foolishly for other knives. Especially since it’s my favorite Emerson. So bought another and DLT hooked up with a perfect example with a centered blade and nice action out of the box. Im liking the low serial#373 and it has a nice strong detent. This one definitely checks all my Emerson Boxes
I love the blade it’s so sexy with beautiful lines but it’s a performer in all and every area. Feels so so good in hand to. I thinks it’s only been a year since I sold my last one but feels so much longer and really happy to have another. Can’t wait to carry it tomorrow!
