Morels are up by you? I won’t see them till the week of Mother’s Day over here. Turkey hunting and Morel hunting seem to go hand in hand in my neck of the woods, I got a few killer spots that seem to produce each year, almost down to the day. Good moral booster, thanks (pun intended).

beautiful stag lambsfoot! I Have a buffalo horn version coming acrossed the pond now. Hopefully its a better example than my large rosewood was.

Thanks! Hope your buffalo horn version was put together by someone with a little more experience than whoever put mine together. The grind lines on one side of the blade are pretty sloppy and blade is a little off center but not too bad I guess. Anyway, hope you get a good one.

I picked up this highly specialized knife out of curiosity as a collector: a ShivWorks Clinch Pick 2.0. It's brand new, but the combination of a bead-blasted finished and a Kydex sheath = instant sheath marks all over the blade.

I'm not carrying it so much as fiddling with it at my desk, trying to learn how to draw it without dragging the sharpened edge across the sheath in the process.
