Thank you! Please pardon my weak knowledge (it's my first Busse), but it is a Battle Grade Bunker Buster. I'm not sure if it has any other modifiers/descriptors - so many variants of different models and such. It's going to take me a bit to learn it all.

Thanks! It really turned out better than I expected and honestly didn't require much skill on my part. It was easier getting it right than I thought it would be and once you get going it's not as daunting as it may seem at first. I used the method many use on YouTube using a torch, but instead I used my gas stove. I clamp the screw in a pair of hemostats and hold it in the flame, checking every 20 seconds or so, for a couple of minutes. Then when the color seems right, I quench it in some Windex. I've done it on a few knifes now and have yet to screw one up, and if I can do it anyone can IMO. It doesn't hurt to try with a spare screw or something first to get the hang of it. It's actually quite fun for a guy like me who has zero knife making/customizing skills whatsoever to be able to make something my own. Addictive in fact :thumbsup:.

Had a black Hogue Ritter when they first came out and then sold it missed it and bought a orange. Then that one got caught up in sale when I had my sights on another lol. Really liked it so guess I made a full circle back and so glad I did.

Edit: Ok that didn’t take long just added a MXG DP clip and a leather lanyard so now it’s mine :thumbsup: I forgot what great slicers these are but was reminded quickly after cutting up a TV Dinner box lol.
