Well said brother! I too saw that exchange, and was proud of mb> mb> for conducting himself as he did. Also, I noticed that buttinsky you mentioned is the very same individual who’s had 2 threads dedicated to his own conduct discussed in the GBU threads, one ‘bad’ and one ‘mixed’, in the last 6mo or less (zero ‘good’). I’m thrilled to realize every single person I’ve met from this specific thread has been a top tier individual (and great friend, in some instances), and those I haven’t met yet seem just as cool. Keep doin your thang mb>!

You didn’t see the 2 additional scathing PMs I received from the buttinski. The energy and level of indignation was befitting of a scenario where one took food off a starving child’s plate. The only thing that I can think of that makes sense is this is the result of our participation trophy culture. Dunno. Bizarre.

Really didn’t want to infect this thread with this nonsense. But just to round this out, there couldn’t have been a worse example to call me on. The guy with no feedback, my sales thread was literally his first post on the forum. Ever! Lol. Cmon.

To add further irony, a large part of what I do for a living is risk analysis. That’s the entire subject at hand, 100%. It’s all about risk. I sold a knife to someone with zero feedback about a week ago.
But that was not a $365 sale.

I’m not sure how many factory edges I’ve received that will slice paper towel, but it has to be a number I can count on one hand. Wow!

The Yojumbo finds its way into my pocket regularly when I leave the house. There’s just something reassuring about 4” of stabby wharncliffe utility. I thought it was pushing CS territory on the size, but it’s kind of small in comparison here!
