  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

I got one a while back because I've found that I like spear point Barlow(e)s. But the pivot pin was so mangled that I couldn't open the second blade. Even with the Brewzer on my keychain.

This one showed up on the auction site for an excellent price, and the lady was going to stash it until Christmas, but I got to the mailbox first, on the day it showed up.

"Oh", says I, "here's a thing. It's small, and oblong, and relatively heavy for it's size. I can't imagine what it might be. I'm sure it's completely unrelated to that thing I asked you to bid on, but you told me you forgot about."

"May as well open it now, anyway", she says.

Thanks! I appreciate it! I try my best on my models.

Kharn lost his head in a move, so I kitbashed that one and tried to match it to the rest of him.

Small skirmish we played a while back (my son painted all of this - even the terrain pieces):

Sorry for the derail, gents. I just never bump into any fellow WH40K players these days.

I'm going to run up my Nerd Flag in solidarity with you! I played DE a couple times back when they released. It was fun, but the way Games Workshop treats their customers? No thanks.

Folks are recovering from Hurricane Laura down here, plumbing work is picking up more than I want, but whatcha gonna do when people need to have it done and you don’t want them to pay stupidly high prices. Been working long hours to keep up with everything.
