EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

That sandwich looks delicious, only way it could improve would be some Canadian Rye bread.


Thanks, I don't care for rye so I usually do a nice sourdough but today I only had Dave's killer bread green label and it worked out.

I've gotten used to Dave's killer bread for everything now... my wife hates its so its always right where I left it, unlike everything in my house haha.

I used corned beef, cabbage, onions, 1000 island and yellow mustard, melted provolone on toasted bread. I guess you could say it's more is a corned cabbage sandwich instead of a reuben.

I keep trying to make rye bread work but it just doesn't do it for me, to each his own. Maybe one of these days I'll start liking it, who knows... I love rye whiskey.
 
Had to give the Scorpion lock a try with the Cold Steel Ad15 especially after I heard they were changing hands sorta speak. Man I really like it but they Don’t call it a guillotine for nothin. Just when I was getting comfortable she bit me and bit me good :eek:
Might need stitches on this one it’s pretty deep but once and if the bleeding slows down I’ll try to crazy glue it shut. Dang it this just might be my worst cut to date .
Guess she’s mine now but I’m glad she’s a keeper and I like them a little feisty :D

I use things here called steri strip to hold together cuts that might otherwise need sewing up. Saved me a few times.
