This Victorinox Pioneer 1980, the last year of manufacture of this model, was offered by my son at Christmas.

The stamp means 2008, not 1980.

You are absolutely right, I was wrong, it was 2008 that I wanted to write because as I said it was in 2008 that this series ended.

...I carry these two as well when ever fully dressed...

...the site would not allow me to add them to my other post...

...I wear the neck peck in the shower and everywhere else...

...my actual swiss army knife does not say Felco...I use it mostly for food and drugs...

...don't use the Frenzy for much...wearing out the others...

...IMHO Maxamet steel is brittle, subject to corrosion...and brilliant…!!!...
