Today started with my standard carry :

This photo does a decent job showing the color range of the patina Maxemet will take.

A new mail day brought me my new Kizer T1.

This knife is amazing and doesn't seem to get brought up that often. I can already tell this one is going to be difficult to not carry.

I drove up to Wellfleet this morning to figure out design details and measure for copper caps for some decorative exterior beam replacements. I had my naked SHF work knife along with me and shot these pics after returning home while bringing in firewood through the cellar way. It's kinda funny that I typically tilt my phone give my knife pics the angle that the sloped bulkhead doors just naturally provide.

As Droopy Dawg would say ...."oh goodie ... the state inspectioners are gone,
(quote) "until there's no more Covids in our building. Could be a week, could be a month or more. I'll let you know when they return, and you don't have to talk to them, if you don't want to. ..." (end quote, and I don't want to talk to them.)
that being the case, I can 'get dressed' and have one on my belt. know what folks? I'm happy."

I decided to go "old", USA. they are 'young" compared to me ...made at least 4 years after I graduated high school, in fact, ....but older than many here on the forums :) (One of my nieces tells me "You're not old, Uncle Steve! You're a vintage antique!" :) )
Circa 1978-1982 Old Timer "Schrade +" 858 (no "OT") large (4.625 inch closed) stockman, and circa 1978-1986 Old Timer 7OT with a 1095 blade. :D
Shown with my "best" (and only) fountain pen, which I'm also carrying.
