What makes the Dia De La Muerte edition special?

Today its clinch pick for me. What a great little self defense fixed blade. The hawkbill is not very hooked at all so its decent for edc tasks but the handle is not the best for that though. However once you figure out how to hold it in forward grip it isn’t that bad.

After the Cqc8 family the El Bandito is probably the sexiest knife in Emersons line up.

The Gentleman Jim, Iron Dragon and cqc10 look really nice too. Can’t forget the simple yet gorgeous a100.

I gave the Python a bath today. Its Micarta grips pick up the oil from my hands and darken over time. A little hand soap on a stiff nail brush and hot water brighten it right up, and a quick blow dry finishes the job.

It was half of today's carry clipped in opposite my lionSTEEL Dom in its leather slip in the bottom of my left front. All Micarta day.
