EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Micarta Shaman Monday.

Used a couple blades today. The sak helped remove the shower hardware, while the grip and blur took turns with everything else. They cut and scrapped caulk, cut zip ties, removed a few burs for pvc, opened a few boxes and scored some sheet rock. Along with a few other random cuts along the way.Screenshot_20210405-200301_Gallery.jpg Screenshot_20210405-200240_Gallery.jpg

The blade coating on the blur is incredibly durable. I've beat on that knife for years as my hard use construction/yard work knife and the blade has barely a scratch.

The Griptilian on the other hand has only relatively recently been put to hard work. It has preformed well but the blade looks much more worn then my blur.

I really like both blades and have throughly enjoyed both of them. I'm looking forward to hopefully giving the GB2 a chance for fun on Wednesday when I get back to working on the remodel.

Looks like we are both working hard this Monday morning. Lol. Dcdavis Dcdavis

Greetings,
That is the knife that made me buy my couple CRKs. I think the Micarta inlay got to me, and I just had to have it.

Cheers!

Gotta love a micarta Crk. I prefer the looks of the Inkosi inlays over the 21s. 31s take the win for me tho

You guys have got it figured out, Monday’s should start out slow.:D
I had my four year old son with me again so it wasn’t slow for long. His exact words were while loading a spool of wire was “ok let’s get to it”

Viper Lille for a beautiful Monday afternoon. And yeah....I’m still having a hard time tapering down to just one pic. Lol, I can never decide which side to post....

I’ve always been a lockside fan myself

This just came in today. Absolutely love it. Build quality, materials, price is all on point.
Small EDC size but big enough for full 4 finger grip.
The back lock paired with bearings makes it the smoothest and least resistant back lock I've tried.
Gotta be careful though... I already cut myself.

It was a long and busy day today, starting the door and window project after prepping my gear and planning over the weekend. The weather was crap, drizzly, and threatening while I ran my two favorite co-workers through a difficult re-frame. The guys did a great job but kept me on my toes staying ahead and keeping them busy. I ran crews for years and years but now in my dotage, not so much.

I didn't get any pics of today's work carry 'coz, as @Barman1 said the other day, I was too busy working. Here's a couple pics of the Starbenza 25 I had on me, taken in the woodshop a year or so back.
