I cant imagine a clip any better there

I noticed the BM clip had the same hole pattern. Holes needed to be enlarged. Stripped the paint off an old scratched up clip that was laying around, and voila. Didn’t even have to polish it.

It really helped the poor placement of the original, changes the balance in pocket, and I didn’t have to spend another $25 on a clip.
I like the way it turned out.

Posted two mediocre pics to try to compensate for one gooder. Kind of a fancy wedding, so I didn't have opportunities for a photo shoot. Haha

It seems like a great knife, if it still going strong/getting better I'll pick up some more Cold Steels

Cold Steel really makes a nice knife, when they get the details right. Fit and finish are always good. It's just a matter of finding a model without a tragic flaw. Value-wise, they're twice as good as Spyderco.

Buck too, gets forgotten quite often here. They make more than just the 110 and old fixed blades, these days. Quality is usually good and I like the style of the newer ones. The bolt action on their Red Dot models is a great poor man's Axis Lock.
