I went home for lunch, only to find that a limb chicken had chewed open the bird feeder, spilled its contents, and was chowing down.

Little did she know that my other hobby is high-end air rifles. I retrieved one and gave her a round to the fuse box:



What's this got to do with EDC knives? Well, today's carry knife (a hunter) is going to clean and butcher her this evening. She'll then go in the pressure cooker, destined for squirrel tacos.

So yesterday the girlfriend asked me to describe to her what I look for in a knife for a Christmas gift. She wants to be sure that what she gets would be to my liking, which I appreciate because it would be easy to get something awful. So instead of writing everything out I'm doing a bit of show and tell

I love that she supports my addic....hobbies...yeah hobbies.

I see the i3T is getting a nice patina. I have the all black aluminum version and carry that every day. Even purloined a slip I made for one of my mini trappers to keep it out of my change (when I have any).
