Its pretty boring but it was a big part of the 100lbs I lost 2 years ago.

4oz of sliced turkey breast with mustard on a whole grain tortilla, handful of carrot sticks, a pear and a bottle of water.

Every working day for two years.

I don’t eat the same lunch everyday, I do bring my lunch everyday, I do cook the same breakfast for the most part everyday tho. I can’t bring myself to one knife but I can do extended carries with the same knife

It was Carbon Fiber Framelock Friday here with my KW Exclusive Military. I've bought six of 'em, gifted two, and sold one, keeping this, the other KW Exclusive green G10 in 204P, and my fluted Ti model. I've yet to sharpen this one and was a bit surprised at how toothy the factory bevel is when I used it to open about 25 envelopes while processing checks for my b-ball club. Sharp, yeah, but I had to kinda saw through them whereas most of my edges just push cut like nothing through envelope creases. This S90V blade will be a good one to try my as yet unused EdgePro diamond matrix stones on to get it shiny-sharp like my other S90V's.

Still, a most excellent knife this and a version of one of my favorite patterns that I enjoy a lot.
