EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Grabbed the Snecx on the way out today. Similar to the Viper Orso, it’s one of those knives that make me wonder every time I carry it if I really need anything else.

Inevitably, the answer is always “Yes”…..but it does make me ponder a bit.

That's a great looking spyderco!

Thank you. It’s not one seen often as a carry knife, probably because of the size and blade geometry but I like the look of it. The blade shape appeals to me, with the swedged point and how the spyder hole is shaped.

I actually switched out to this knife last night as I did my last practice helping out with our new 4th Boys team, not dressed for the gym, really, in jeans, sneaks, and T. I still had my Millie in pocket and it rides a bit high and uncomfortably for light jogging up and down so I changed to something more deep-carry. I stuck with that one again today, making this a Stryker Saturday with the KSF Exclusive 908BK-1501 in CF with its black Ceracoted CPM-M4 blade. This was way at the top of my favorites list when I got it soon after its release and it hasn't diminished any in my estimation still, despite the stupidly large number of excellent knives I've accumulated since.

It's our club's home opener tomorrow with five games on the schedule, and I think I'll carry this low-riding beauty again while I site direct the proceedings on Stealth Sunday. Our 4B's are so not ready for the rigors of travel ball. Half of them are 3rd graders and despite the fact that our local kids had in-person school all last and so far this year they seem to have lost so much communicative development with themselves and everyone masked that they've had a hard time picking up what we've tried to impart. God help them tomorrow--not too much to ask on the Lord's day, is it?
