Hey Woody. No, Taylor is not made in the USA anymore. I used to work at a store that had a pretty good knife selection. Taylor Cutlery is made in China and they are the maker of many knives. When I worked there, left about 8 years ago, Taylor was making Schrade, so Old Timer and Uncle Henry, as well as Smith & Wesson and Imperial. They may make knives for other companies also. I THINK they were or still are making Winchester knives also because our main China suppliers were Taylor Cutlery and the chinese Kersaws and we would get holiday gift packs of Winchester knives every year. Here’s a couple of blades I found tucked behind somethings on the top shelf so I going to call this Smith and Wesson switchblade Saturday. Does anyone know if Taylor Cutlery is still in the USA.
Glad to see we’re still producing something vital ourselvesSaturday at the Mill pumping out American steel!!
