EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

The swordfish is a cool budget blade with its 2 tone G10 and bolsters along with carrying great for the overall size and a pretty decent action. I have a few colorations acquired over time but wasn't aware they are in s35vn now. Much preferred over the D2 and dig the tuxedo look 👍🏻

Rewiring my little Skar RP1200 amp in anticipation of installing a new D2 sub (NVX VCW-122). Going from A D4 NEP select 12” @ 800 watts/ 2 ohm load to 1200 rms at 1 ohm with the new sub necessitating an upgrade to 4awg power wire. I was gonna do a big 3 but I’ll save any further upgrades for when i get a new truck this summer as the setup will most likely change again to a Taramps smart 3 and a pair of 12” subs along with electrical upgrades. You know how it goes with car audio, always chasing and upgrading kinda like another hobby with sharp things lol.

Went with the small 21 today. The ebony wood with the polished scales and blade really compliment each other and are the only classy things going on around here 🤣.
Nice, sounds like a cool setup. I had a pretty sweet setup in my vehicle, Sony headunit, Morel Maximo component speakers up front, a JL 13tw5 and a couple amps but that car recently died so I'm having to build my jeep now.
Nice Sebenza. That thing definitely is classy!

Well guys, I went and visited my family this week and brought my old knife collection home with me. I first really got deeply into knives back in about 2007 I think. I had a small collection before that and always loved them, but that's when I started obsessively reading about them and what not like many of us do. Well at that point I amassed a pretty big collection. Then, about 5 years later I got wrapped up in addiction and ended up selling anything that could net me over about a hundred bucks. So, as a result, I lost all my more expensive knives except the odd ball ones that nobody knew about and what not. And thank god for that because I still have a few awesome older discontinued (back then) models and a ZT prototype and a bunch of cool stuff. But.. I made my way to getting back on my feet and have been doing very well the passed few years. Anyway, I picked up what remained of my old collection, which is still enough to last my entire family in as many knives as they could need for the next couple generations haha. Here's what I picked up. I'm planning to just take my time and slowly go through them. I think it'd be fun to just grab, say one knife out of the box(es) each day, so that I can have the time to appreciate all of them individually. Today I grabbed the first one that I saw on the top and it is this older Leatherman folding knife. It's a cool little folder and I think I'm going to keep it in my vehicle as my 'always in the jeep knife'. The screw drivers are of the same quality as the ones on their multitools so I think it might come in handy and the clip in the back folds into the handle. If I remember right the blade steel is 420hc so it should be a nice tougher edge for that kind of use.

Edit: The Leatherman has, along with the thumbstud, a kick-stop flipper. That was about when kick-stops first started appearing on production knives to my knowledge. About the same time the Kershaw OD-1 came out.

Nice place to start rebuilding. Congratulations on beating your addiction.

The heck with it. If these won't do what I need to do, I don't need to do it. (1/4 hex ratchet and LM set 1 bits carried with the LM, additional 1/4 and 4mm hex bits carried in rollator tote bag not shown)
Standard 2015 Buck 301, Case Sod Buster Jr. (True Sharp SS blade) in rfp, SAK Mini Champ in watch pocket, and LM Charge+ TTI, on my belt.

LM and SAK taken off the 32" diy chain lanyards for the photo shoot. Y'all are probably tired of seeing them anyway.
TOO CLASSIC! This is the way to be, I love this carry.

And, as to the thread!
Decided to do a stripped down, non-ostentatious carry today. I'm really liking the 110 Slim Select.

I called little man from work yesterday morning and he informed me “you’re gonna have to start rotating a little more and I’m going to pick. Those are the new rules” Well ok then buddy. He picked the small 21 bc it is his knife and wanted me to take it to work. I haven’t carried this thing in years. And I’m counting down the days until he decides to swap. I haven’t really wanted to swap as much as he’s had me to the last week and I haven’t asked any day. I may ask if he wants to pick another one bc this thing sucks for a work knife. If they just make it a 1/2-1 inch bigger EF6BEB15-556F-4FAE-9A54-48C37A93B7F9.jpeg
