EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Favorite books in my office. :) I remember to be very proud to have the cash to buy them > 30 years ago ....

I put my CRKs aside today and carried my Cheburkov Frieze as I did a few small tasks around home, stowing away gear from the truck, doing a little organizing and tool repair in the woodshop, then heading up Cape with J in her Frontier to pick up K's belated birthday present.

I normally try to do "Wooden Wednesday" or "Wharncliffe Wednesday" but this large folder was harder to kick out of my pocket than I thought...

I had just posted my Frieze above, was catching up on what I'd missed since yesterday, and was surprised to see yours pictured a couple pages back. I know that ferider ferider has had one for a while and has come to appreciate it more recently. Maybe we can get him to carry his tomorrow for a three-day Frieze-out.

You mean I'd have another excuse to carry the Freeze? I'm in for tomorrow.

(The name of this knife is spelled at least three different ways depending on where you look. I just went straight English.)

I carried this little fixed blade today. I don't know if it is old enough for "Throwback Thursday" but the Real Steel Receptor was my first Ostap Hel design. There are some little ergonomic touches that go a long way. It's discontinued now but can still be found.

I’ve been known to swap parts between bugouts from time to time, and today I swapped out the damasteel blade on my ti Bugout with this acid washed s90v version. This will be my workhorse Bugout, and the Damasteel on the carbon fiber version will be for “gentleman’s EDC”. Acid wash is by “Knivesplus”, btw. Pocket clip by MXG.
