Also, if one knife is very large, you need to carry a second, smaller, knife. Knife One-Oh-One my man.

Made myself drag my old ass of the air conditioned comfort of the house and fire up the 2258 to cut up some of the odd bits of oak hanging around the property.
Ordered a satin pocket clip from Spyderco. They sent me the wrong clip. I took matters into my own hands.
I stripped the factory pocket clip first.
I went to Harbor Freight and bought an inexpensive buffing wheel. The wheel by itself did not touch the Clip. I used my green stropping compound, applied to the wheel, and went to work.
Ten minutes later I had a factory Endura pocket clip, buffed to near-match the rest of the knife. I am in love.
The reverse side of the clip to see the difference.
I'll leave you guys alone for a while, just wanted to show off my little project. I definitely am happy with the results!
I love it when a plan comes together. I throw mine in the campfire briefly and can get some interesting results. Nice work !Ordered a satin pocket clip from Spyderco. They sent me the wrong clip. I took matters into my own hands.
