EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Posting for yesterday, as I never quite got around to it. It was J's birthday and she and I spent a pleasant day hanging out here, running a couple errands together, and heading to the grocery store for some needed food supplies and, of course, a cake. I did a few small tasks around the house too, including installing a pleated shade in the bathroom. After a semi-failed attempt at cutting it for width--as 26.5" must mean something different in Viet Nam than it does here--I needed a wicked sharp, FFG knife to finish the task. My re-profiled FRN, pictured here after re-profiling some years back, was more than up to the task, slicing through the compressed mass of the raggedy-ass partial cut I got in the fabric.

Afterwards, I pocketed the new Olamic for our trip out on Wooden Wayfarer Wednesday afternoon. I'm having trouble setting this one aside and also some difficulty in getting decent pics as the contoured Mokume reflects everything, direct light is impossible, and we have very little shaded open sky here on our heavily treed Cape property. I spent a lot of time late afternoon, dodging bugs and trying to get a few pics to show the knife well. Still a work in progress....
