Took my daughter on a bike ride with my brand new Monterey Bay Knives Old Guard with ZDP-189 blade around 67hrc! Despite it being a bit larger than what I typically carry but it the hand it feels like a smaller knife. Will be interesting to see how it does.

Aww shucks , thanks gents! This is our fifth year making the same trip so it's becoming a bit of a tradition. This place will never get old to us though, and everything lined up nicely this year. Cool enough in the evenings and mornings to warrant campfires and make for great sleeping weather (though I usually stay up until midnight watching stars and get up at 5 with the birds), hot enough in the days to make the icy temps of the snow/glacier fed lake welcoming and refreshing, we got our favorite campsite in the campground, and were even able to nab our own private spot on the shore. The mosquitos were a bit thick one night when the wind was low, and the young'uns got somewhat tore up, but that's nothing when you originally hail from a place called Mosquito Lagoon (I myself am long since immune since childhood). My eldest (19) could only make it out one day, but my twins (17 y/o boy&girl) were out the entire time, and this year I could really tell that camping all these years has really stuck with them and it's something they'll likely enjoy for years to come, even with their own children one day, which does my heart good.

I gave him the part to take to the wholesale to avoid confusion. Not only did he get the wrong fittings, he only got 1 set. We were doing a hot water tank and needed 2.
