The texture seems to work fine. It doesnt feel aggressive, but i haven't felt like i was ever losing my grip or slipping. I don't notice it much when holding the knife in a normal grip, but when I choke up a little and "pinch" the front of the grip for a finer control cut, the extra cuts in the grip do provide a little extra slip protection.May I ask how do you like the handle texture of that great Bernard?
Thanks so much for your response, as I am looking to purchase one.The texture seems to work fine. It doesnt feel aggressive, but i haven't felt like i was ever losing my grip or slipping. Overall the grip fits my hand well. This is a
small knife, but the grip allows for a full 4 finger hold, and the choil is big enough to comfortably use.
