No, It's not snowing here on the Lower Cape and I'm not in Vermont either. I never got any pics today as I got wrapped up in small tasks around the house and spent a good part of the day working on a sheetmetal project. I grabbed this one from our lone real snow event last winter out of the files. Maybe we'll actually get some real snow this time around....
Sixleaf is the new budget brand from TwoSun. I decided to look over their stuff. This one jumped out at me, being a liner lock with titanium scales and a nice S35VN blade for like $85. After disassembling it, I see some ways they saved money. For instance, there are only three total screws used. They go long from one side like some of the Kershaw knives.
The looks, ergonomics, and blade all seem decent. It came sharp and locks up solidly. Unfortunately, there are issues. I may write a full review on this when I get time. I took a couple of pictures during disassembly just in case.
I'd make a joke about it being enough to drive a man to drink but you know... You'll have to forgive the blurry picture.
