EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Back to metal work today with a bit of b-ball admin thrown in, as there will be some of that most all the time the rest of the way through the season. I popped over to the wood shop to grab the other two assembly jigs and snapped these out front by the retaining wall on this Para Two Ti Tuesday.

I had to stay at work until dark.

Dewalt himself made this one for me - it's a special lightweight aluminum framed T/E + PS, I hear Dewalt almost never makes a tanto edge but I guess if a custom maker likes you enough... my DWHT10272 also has the "WLL" system for solid lockup, an older pattern of lock but one that Dewalt is bringing back. Getting into customs is pretty cool.

😁

Oh yeah, and I have that Desert Ironwood Dodo plus my Craftsman mini razor. Kind of cool - functioning thumbstuds and a lock + choil.

I don’t have anything with that type of finish, but I normally use methylated spirits. Alternatively I have found 100% eucalyptus oil is great for cleaning up stubborn residue off things.
I ended up soaking it in carb clean and gave it a light application of 3in1 to darken it all up and wiped it off. looks ok now.
