The smoke was pretty damned bad this week, but I forced myself to get out in the woods at least once since time is running short on the season. At least with rain expected this weekend, it will hopefully bring some relief from the the fires.

Great shot - (not only but especially) the 2nd photograph.
Since September, I always bring 15017-1 in every mountaineering activity. Burly, versatile and just good fit of the hip belt pocket of my backpack.
