Haha, you sound like me. I have a lot of 15-18 training weeks with a lot of long cardio. My wife makes fun of all the random music that I listen to, but she doesn’t understand that you have to kill the monotony of long sessions somehow.

This morning’s selection was a mix of Deftones, Modest Mouse, Nappy Roots, Wu Tang Clan, Dave Mathews, and Jack White.
