Unfortunately I’ve fought this since I was a 20 year old Marine…they’ll never take me aliveSorry to hear that. Once the back is shot, it's pretty much downhill to being a crippled up old man.
Trust me I'm in that group. Limping along with a cane and pain. I sure hope you are not getting to that stage.

Great Languioles...putting a nice spin on their looks. Hope your wife recovers soon.Making up for a few days away from the forum after my wife had some minor surgery on her foot. I’ll tell ya’, when you’re doing the work of two it truly puts things into perspective…..and serves as a great reminder not to take all the little things that we do for one another on a daily basis, and without even thinking about it….for granted. Three days towing the line solo and I’m absolutely gassed. I’d be lost without her…..and I think she’s picked up on it. I’m sensing a slight shift in the force, like the balance is tipping a bit in her favor. I think it was having to get up at 2:00 am to take the puppy out….and the ensuing meltdown I had when she wouldn’t pee for 30 minutes that finally gave me away. Definitely not my finest moment.
Okay, enough with the mushy sentimental crap. I’m still rolling the French theme and carried one of these Wednesday and one today.
They’re two of a four piece set from Forge de Laguiole in collaboration with Seize Happywallmaker, a French street/graffiti artist. I was a huge fan of urban graffiti back in the 80’s and these take me back to that time. They never fail to put a smile on my face, so as far as I’m concerned “Happywallmaker” is aptly named.
I’d like to complete the set at some point. Kinda thinkin’ I banked a little X-mas bonus with my wife these past three days, so maybe I’ll start dropping the hints while she’s hopped-up on pain meds, lol.
