Ok. I have to brag on Spartan Blades customer service. I recently purchased this brand new, from an online store. When I received it, I noticed that the filler tab was scratched up. So I figured I'd contact Spartan to see if I could purchase one to match the knife. They wrote back to me immediately, sent one out to me at no cost. Very impressed.

Disassembled, sanded the scales very lightly and oiled, installed the black button that came in the spare parts (the black button is a little less sticky), installed the spare pivot as well (the installed pivot was extremely difficult to remove, spare slid right in, weird), applied a couple of drops of lube in the pivot.
Then I reprofiled the edge a little, not much needed there seeing as it is already thin behind the edge.
Finished with stropping with a new belt on my KO Worksharp.
Operation is liquid smooth, can't stop messing around with it.
Best (modern folder) knife purchase I've made in a long time.
