I'm from Texas originally, moved to the NW suburbs of Chicago when I was little,my dad was from here. I spent much of my summers through college with my grandparents in Texas growing up, and have wanted to move to Galveston since I was 7. I don't like the cold, I don't like snow or snow sports, nor do I care about seasons. Give me 100° summers and 60° winters baby. Palm trees, conservative mindsets, and lots of guns. Oh and acceptance that I like and have guns.

It's basically same as you would get with flytanium raindrop, these are marketed as raindrop damascus. I think it's from the exact same factory its identical. I'll message you a link.

Lol, my first thought was that you’d feel right at home down here in Naples…but Tampa would be a good fit too. Heck, the whole west coast of FL would work.

I've gotta uproot a lot of family here. We are a close tight knit unit. My mom is on board, especially now that it's been a year since my father passed, but my sister is hesitant to take her four kids out of the christian school they are in.

My half sister (who we just were contacted by, my mother hadn't seen her since she was an infant) has 800 acres in west Texas, as well as her home near Dallas so it's one more reason to move. I know my mom would like to live closer to her two "new" grandkids.

I've got family all over the state--Dallas, Houston/Galveston, Austin, College Station, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi.

I grew up on "southern food" which my northern friends always found weird. In fact, I'm eating a bowl of grits right now!
