That never crossed my mind but is an awesome idea. I have a couple spare clips laying around tooUse a wire clip and mill out the slots and just epoxy it in place maybe with no screw? Be pretty permanent, but seems like it’d work and look clean.
I don’t remember the last time I was sick, let alone for more than a day or two….but these past two weeks just kicked my ass. Wasn’t Covid, but after two rounds of antibiotics, steroids etc the fog finally lifted this weekend and I was able to get some fresh air and start feeling somewhat “normal” again.
Not OP, but it's a Craig Brown FSD. Not sure if it's the mini or full size. Tough to tell from the photo.Name of the knife??
Very Very Nice. Which Spyderco is this? I want one.I had a long slate of games in the gym yesterday on the final weekend of our regular season and got home late afternoon to relax in my chair and watch what remained of the two conference final football games. I carried my re-scaled Kapara yesterday, but managed no pics and figured I might as well pocket it again for Micarta Monday.

Thanks a lot - I just ordered a Sowbelly Trapper in brown rucarta. It is literally my first traditional knife beyond Swiss Army.
Yes and no. The call came from harbor freight with lights strobing and a godawful sound next door in the unoccupied unit. The problem in harbor freight was on the power company’s end. Transformer went bad. The noise next door was that single phase transformer on the house panel. Sizzling, and arcing. Started throwing the breaker. Lot of things going on and not real sure if they’re connected but I’d assume they are in some way.Did the dropped phase get resolved?
It's the Spyderco Kapara, based on Alistair Phillips' Redback design. The scales are aftermarket natural canvas Micarta by Ripp's Garage Tech. The original CF scales were not unattractive, though a bit slick. I like the look and feel of these RGT's much betterVery Very Nice. Which Spyderco is this? I want one.
Sounds like a messed up situation made worse by a slightly irresponsible building owner and compounded with weather. Hopefully daylight brings better things.Yes and no. Harbor freight is who called/hired us, the house panel is on the building owner, which fires up the building lights and parking lot lights. Instead of just letting us do a few things to get the lights burning without the dry type transformer he wanted to call around. Then calls back later saying he’s needing it on bc of a safety issue in parking lot. Now it’s sleeting and snowing here…..
