EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Mentioning my affinity for full-size Griptilians as medium-size carries to bigolegator bigolegator yesterday got me out of the Spyderco side and into the Benchmade stash for my Thumbstud Thursday carry. This one's a recent replacement for the 551-1702 I gifted to a friend and actually like much better as it feels much more solid in hand. I wasn't that taken with -1's appearance when it first came out, but had bought a 550-1 for my wife and came to much more greatly appreciate it over time. At this point I really like the way it looks and am happy to have a stock-handled Grip that's open-back and not Noryl.

I have to remember to write BMK to see if they have a black oxide version of this clip as the painted ones do not wear well. I always meant to do that for the -1702 and never did get around to it.

Yes they used to bc I have them on a couple BMs now…I might have an extra one in my parts storage.
