EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

I'm toting around two knives, though one's the actual carry and the other's mostly out for comparison. I like it enough not to put it away and I'm having a lazy day just hanging around the house anyway. Things started this morning posting an older pic of my MP1 on another forum to breathe some life into a thread over there.

Catching up here, I ran onto @ferider's post and a subsequent one from yesterday with pics of his Sheepsfoot XM18. I was struck by the all but identical appearance of that blade and the MP1's and retrieved my Skinny Sheepsfoot to check the two out side-by-side. The XM is a bigger overall knife with a significantly longer handle but a blade barely an eighth-inch longer. The difference in the two blades is almost all at their spines with the MP1 having a raised thumb ramp with two more jimps followed by a suddenly curved downsweep, the XM's being longer and more gradual. Their swedges are quite similar, terminating short of pronounced arrowhead-shaped drops to their tips, meeting the identically shaped curvature of their cutting edges creating virtual spear points.The MP1's blade is significantly thicker than the XM's, though the former's cutting ability has benefitted greatly from a re-profile I did some time back.

It's funny, as I've carried each of these quite often, but never realized how remarkably similar the two blades are.
