Wrapped up our week in the GA mountains yesterday. I really thought I’d get some spectacular pics….but my wife kept us on a frantic pace the entire week. I’m always confused when I return from a vacation feeling like I need vacation.

And brother, I can relate to the exhausted after a vacation scenario … in my case it always seemed to be related to ‘better half activities administration’ …

Only 25 Kms on the Odometer.

Looks great. I saw the dash and it looked identical to my 22 Tacoma Off-road. But after some further inspection, there are some slight differences between the two.

I have been waiting 2 years for a titanium scale for this thing and finally got one on the last drop.. and it was worth every penny. Aftermarket scales just never seemed to fit right.

Hinderers are just so much better with full titanium scales. My eklipse became one of my favorite knives after the Ti scale swap. Beautiful knife!!

Thanks P pholder ! And Ed G , it’s nice to know I’m not the only one who needs some down-time to recover from the stress and harsh demands of a vacation. I hate to say it…..but perhaps we should crack open the instruction manual for vacations and read a few chapters. Gotta be something we’re missing, lol.

PS: I love the “Better Half Activities Administration” verbiage. I may need to borrow that phrase from ya’!

To be fair, every day is a rare day... One of a kind, original, and there will never be another one just quite the same.

That is true. You get to exist now, a unique person with a unique viewpoint in all of space and time. Life sure is special.

I wasn't talking about philosophy though. I just had a day that was hard, long, and out of the ordinary for me and I decided to wrap it up with a little Green Spot.

I would strongly advise you to tread lightly if you do engage in that conversation with your own ‘administration’ … !
I myself did campaign for at least two unplanned vacation days per trip where one could just chill and maybe even “do nothing” …
That all being said, I do feel compelled to disclose the fact that I am no longer married!
