Ok So I got a little board on this rainy Sunday afternoon and decided to swap out my Blue SW hardware and make a full circle back to the stock stonewash with the CF scale .
That’s what’s nice about these Hinderers instead of buying a new knife You can just change The hardware .
Hmmm what’s next maybe working finish hardware? ;)

I did not know Matt Freeman (CMFTW Knives, RIP 1982-2019), nor did I know his work until after his passing. Since then I have learned enough about the man to appreciate him greatly and know that it was a terrible loss to the knife community. As a person in recovery, I identify with him and his fight in a very personal way. So, when I saw this nice chisel-grind example of his work, I picked it up and it fills a place of honor in my collection.

Kinda hard to see the knife, but this is "the Transformers room/bedroom for my nephews when they sleep over, usually Saturday nights.

Again carrying the Massdrop Ferrum Forge Gent select. Didn't go anywhere today, and with the nephews here, it's very discreet. They know I carry a knife, and not to touch them. Actually, if they see any kind of sharp object out, they come and tell me.

For sure you're right about the enjoyment of changing Hinderer hardware. You can do all sorts of mix and match too. I was digging your blue holey clip and filler tab and thinking about those for my orange-scaled 24 re-grind.

I've got two black-scaled RHKs and if you're looking for hardware suggestions for your 24, I'd vote for copper...

I guess to stay on topic I'll have to carry one or both of these today, even if a Hinderer is a bit more knife than I need at the drafting table.
