Lol...15 pounds of prime packer would be a little overkill for 4 eaters, but it would be good. Did one for a big group last year.

I run a packer and 8 butts twice a year, pull and freeze. Actually thawed a package of brisket last night for nachos!

We have baseboard heat for cooler days in the Fall & Spring, but wood has been our primary heat source for almost fifty years. It's alot of work, but we like to be warm.
