EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

This is getting rather predictable.

Does knife like that need permit in Ruzzia to carry? Or did you get ”special” permit?
The name of my country is written with the letters "ss".
No no need.
Any non-automatic folding knives are suitable for carrying if the blade length is less than 150 mm. Automatic folding knives with a blade less than 90 mm. Non-automatic folding daggers (double edged blades) less than 90mm. Automatic folding daggers less than 50 mm. Balisongs with a blade less than 90 mm. Balisongs-daggers less than 50 mm.
With knives with a fixed blade, everything is much more complicated.

I've seen you post that a few times now and that thing is a slick looking knife! I've got a number of crooked rivers and haven't ever seen that one before. Where'd you find it? And where can I find one?!
Thanks, big fan of the Crooked River. This one started as a Benchmade custom shop build with a Damasteel blade (back when it was an option) & blue spacer/pivot collars. Then i got some non bolstered scales from https://www.dragonflyscales.net/
Then i hand sanded the blade with 600 grit, 1000, 1500, 2000 & 2500 grit sandpaper until it had mirrored surfaces. Finally i re-etched the blade

He was mimicking a Russian accent with his words and spelling ;)

I was wondering that too. I’m traveling Europe and the UK now. I knew I would have to toss my knife at some point, SAK, at some point when I did a carry on flight, but I had to toss it prematurely taking the ferry from Calais to Dover. I guess they thought I was going to commander the ship and hold the crew and passengers for ransom with that 3” slip joint.
