Lord do I wish I could get new boilers. Mine were installed in 1959!

From what I’ve gathered they’re doing away with boilers and adding eight tankless water heaters

I pocketed my big boy XM24 today. This is one hefty knife, though quite a bit lighter since Josh removed a considerable amount of steel, converting the original Spanto blade into a high, large radius hollow grind. Still, I gotta make sure my belt is cinched up as tight as it will go when I carry this one.

Finally getting around to putting some Cedar trim in my son's room, which contrasts nicely with the Birch ply walls that I put in instead of drywall when I renovated.

Putting the Newtron back in my pocket cause I missed it. Such a capable slicer. Can't quite displace the Malibu so I figured I'd just carry them both instead, as one does.

You will enjoy them. I have 4 at one of my buildings and the maintenance is very easy.

I’m not the plumber or the building owner, just the electrician ha. Just adding circuits for the heaters and circulating pumps
