I see at least 5 cooling towers on that PM check list, are you required to check the individual VAVs on the tenants units too?

She’s skinned/quartered two elk and several deer thus far, zero chipping issues. Amazingly the edge still catches on arm hair after processing an entire animal.

No I only have to deal with common area equip. That’s my every morning check list. You should see my afternoon list in heating season. This transition weather keeps me on my toes as today i started with boilers running and 10 mins ago I started my chillers, don’t know if Im coming or going!

It’s actually just a single 2 cell tower, I log BAS data and physical inspection data. Gotta keep myself honest.
