EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

After sharing my preference for long and pointy knives in these pages yesterday, I've pretty much changed direction with today's carry. Granted this one's certainly not lacking in length and does have a decent enough point on its blade, but it's far from the svelte elegance of those I referred to earlier. This overbuilt tank is not alone in my accumulation either as I have numerous RHKs and a few others of the same ilk. I'd been interested in the Adamas for some time and am glad I waited as long as I did to acquire one as this re-imagined model is just a bit lighter, a bit more svelte, and sports a CPM-CruWear blade.

I was gonna grab my D2 AFCK 806B AXIS this morning as it seemed an appropriate carry approaching Veteran's Day, but this knife is kept just the other side of yesterday's 806-1101 and also fit the bill as a USA-made piece with a red, white, and blue fob, courtesy of its previous owner. Here it is on the back of the F350, late on a dark, wet Autumn day....

Inspired by alliuse alliuse daily pics I decided to double down on my carry today; one small fixed blade and a folder.

I spent half the day shuffling things from one pocket to another trying to get the carry logistics and balance “just right”. I felt like a taterwhaff trying to figure it out.

I finally nailed it late in the day. Turned out all I had to do was remove my wallet, phone, keys and coins from all my pockets and I was good to go. One knife, by itself, in each front pocket.

So now I’m shopping for fanny-pacs on Amazon. No idea what happened here. This obviously isn’t the direction I thought this would take me.
