The young'uns just couldn't wait and made me open my present from them today

Wifey got me a cozy new robe (Pendleton). Reckon it suits me? 🤪 🤣

Man, that P Model is so badass. I've always loved the way that the thumb cutout is chamfered on them, compared to the 21s and 31s. That and the cool thumbstud that looks like Chris turned himself. Don't you have an unmarked P-less one also?
Thank you. I do, April 1996 one of the last made.

Whew... Those represent a nice chunk of knife history right there man! Very cool. Selling my P-less P Model is probably my worst mistake as far as knife stuff goes. Mine must have been a tiny bit earlier because it had the thumbstud like the one on the left. Merry Christmas brother!

OUCH! That stings you having to sell it! I am fortunate to have them.

Merry Christmas to you and yours,
Clay

With your artwork I see the knife then the watch and I can't help but wonder.... Was he bored and tinkering, or is it an advertising piece... nice watch and tax deduction, or did he just need something to practice on? You do awesome work just to be clear.
Yes, no, bit of both? The watch was a milestone purchase for myself last year after my publication in Knives '23 and then Blade Magazine...like most things I own and EDC, it was bound to get "scratched up" at some point🤷🏻‍♂️😂

Running a day behind….and while I hope to post a “Merry Christmas” shot a bit later, I’m gonna take this opportunity to wish everyone a wonderful holiday season!

Now, back to yesterday….my wife and I found a cool spot for dinner on the Toccoa River. This is part of about a 50-mile stretch of the river that actually runs south to north.

Too cold to eat on the patio however. Kinda crappy shots but I always feel sketchy pulling a knife out for pics in a public area (okay, maybe “dorky” is the more appropriate term, lol).
