Unfortunately they’re sold out….or fortunately they’re sold out, I don’t know how to look at things anymore, lol.

Thanks for the info though, at least I was able to sign up for the newsletter. Hopefully by the next drop I’ll know where I stand on this “resolution” stuff.
 
The first day of the new year is also the last day of Week One of My Micarta Mania Marathon. After seeing sonofwilfred sonofwilfred 's recent post and pic with the Redback spider, I figured to carry my Nat Micarta clad Kapara today, but changed my mind after getting it out and went with the Python instead. I don't know if I could pick a favorite knife, but this one would easily crack my top five.

Not braggin', but I have to say to my eye this is the nicest Python Micarta I've yet to see, though it's apparently not original to the knife. I've traced this one back to my seller's seller in 2106 after I picked it up in June of that year. He had not had it very long before letting it go to me after I'd PM'd him asking for advice on selecting my first Shiro. According to his seller's listing, the knife originally had green G10 scales which he must have received but didn't pass along to me. Oddly , the box end lists the scales as CF--I suppose it could be a different box if not just a labeling mix-up from the workshop.
