EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

I moved my first purchase of the year along, resetting the counter to zero, and replaced it with a knife I've been eyeballing for many months: a manual Stitch. It's funny, I've gone from preferring knives without a forward choil a few years back to, these days, seeking out primarily knives that have a forward choil. The journey is half the fun!

I'm continuing my pattern of the last few weeks with a two-day same knife carry and single second-day post here for Sunday/Monday. Even a short slate of youth b-ball games in the gym on Sunday affords me little to no time for knife pics and by the time I get home it's dark or close and I just want to chill out and watch football.

Yesterday was Slim Sunday and today a Micarta Monday, continuing what's now four straight days of vintage Al Mar carry with this absurdly light and aptly named Eagle UL--2.625 oz with a 4" blade is pretty amazing. In Shabbaz-speak, this one's perhaps a bit murdery-looking for carry where such objects are prohibited, but it's compact and pockets discreetly.

Here's another bunch of woodshed pics on another dark, wet, chilly day....

I'm still getting used to the EXTREMELY NEUTRAL grip area but otherwise it's sweet. I see the knife as a super-charged Endura. Happy with it so far. How're you liking your City?
I really enjoy the City. I lean toward smaller knives so for me it fits well. The contoured scales are fantastic. It is any easy open and I can still close one handed without worry. I enjoy it way more than the Native 5s I tried out.

Old photo just for fun
