EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Non-magnetic Mini-Monday, grabbed the David Boye "Basic 1" in his proprietary Boye Dendritic Cobalt😎

Can't see it unfortunately, sounds like an interesting knife

I did a little work prepping my copper pent-roof job today. I built a 2-foot long replica of an 8 pitch slope with fascia in the wood shop to match the LCC drip edge I need to anchor my short roof slope while being able to transition into and under the stock aluminum drip edge beneath the asphalt shingles after I turn the outside corners to either side. I settled on replicating the aluminum profile as best I could and then trial seamed a piece of stock around the 326 degree edge to make sure it would work and look tight and neat.

For a work knife I picked my WC StarTac which somehow doesn't get much carry. It's a really sturdy, attractive knife, good in hand and a great cutter. I do find it a bit awkward and uncomfortable to disengage, though not so much when in the middle of a task and not thinking about it.

It's been really windy the last few days and we had about an hour-and-half brown-out this afternoon as there must have been a tree limb on a line or something. More woodshed pics here as I went out for more fuel to boost the masonry heater temp in case we were without the furnace for an extended period....

I've got Jekyll to Hyde butt spacer/lanyard attachments in three of my CRKs and like them a lot, but I've been happy with the way the tail hangs off the extra standoff/Norvox Mod I added to the 'Zaan some time ago.
