Recently got this French slip joint and I've been carrying it for a couple of weeks. I love the main sheeps foot blade. It's a heavy gauge carbon XC75 steel. This is a solid work knife. If you are looking for refined fit and finish this isn't for you.Two of the blades ( small blade and awl ) are sluggish w/o snap and the action is not smooth throughout. I think I paid $90 for it. I'm going to carry it for a while longer hoping that the action will improve. Anyone else have this knife? Is it any better than mine in regard to fit and finish ?

Got the ECAM . Good to know it travels smaller, I was wondering what I was going to do with an 8” Shiv
